1. Data controller

Under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “KVKK”), your personal data is processed by ZE Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), acting as data controller, within the scope described below. İkiz Eksen is a brand of the Company.

2. Personal data processed

While you visit the Site and communicate with us, personal data in the following categories may be processed:

Identity and contact data: the name, organisation, e-mail address and phone number you provide via the contact form, e-mail or telephone.
Request/transaction data: the topic and message content you submit through the form.
Security and technical data: visit data collected through analytics cookies that run only with your explicit consent (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

receiving, assessing and responding to your contact requests;
conducting information and proposal processes for our green and digital transformation services;
fulfilling our legal obligations and protecting our rights in any dispute;
securing the Site and, with your consent, improving the user experience.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. The principal grounds are:

Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — for contact-form submissions and analytics cookies;
Performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) — for proposal and service processes;
Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) — for retention and reporting requirements;
Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) — provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our service providers — primarily Microsoft Azure, from which we receive hosting and infrastructure services — and to authorised public authorities, within the conditions of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Other than with your explicit consent or the exceptions set out in the Law, your data is not shared with third parties and is never sold for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the limitation/retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation. Once the purpose no longer exists, or upon your request, your data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Rights of the data subject (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it;
to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad;
to request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect;
to request erasure or destruction within the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK;
to request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties concerned;
to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of your data;
to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can submit requests regarding the rights above, together with information verifying your identity, to kvkk@qera.com.tr or in writing to the Company’s registered address. Depending on its nature, your request is resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Applications are handled in line with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.

ZE Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. fulfils its obligations regarding the Data Controllers’ Registry (VERBİS) within the scope of the KVKK. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
